California vote on SB 14
Here is the State Senate's vote on Senator Richard Polanco's bill that would have prevented California cities from banning leaf blowers, except by initiative. A 'yes' vote means the Assembly member favored leaf blowers; a 'no' vote means the member favored quiet or at least local control over leaf blower legislation.
